I am extremely grateful for the wonderful care my father received during his three weeks at Las Colinas Post Acute. From the moment he arrived, the staff treated him with kindness, compassion, and respect, and our family felt confident that he was in good hands. I would especially like to recognize his nurse, Philip, who provided excellent care throughout my father’s stay. Philip was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about my father’s comfort and well-being. Knowing that someone so caring was looking after him gave our family tremendous peace of mind. I would also like to give special thanks to Victor Lyon, Client Services Administrator. Victor was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. He took the time to listen to our concerns, answer our questions, and make sure our family felt supported throughout my father’s stay. His willingness to help and his personal attention made a real difference to our experience. Of course, our appreciation extends to the entire staff at Las Colinas Post Acute. Everyone we encountered was friendly, caring, and dedicated to providing quality care. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about their residents and worked hard to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Three weeks can be a difficult time for a family, but the compassion and professionalism we experienced at Las Colinas made the process much easier. We are very thankful to Philip, Victor Lyon, and the entire Las Colinas team for taking such excellent care of my father. I wanted to leave a special shoutout and express my sincere gratitude to an exceptional CNA here at Las Colinas. Her name is jessa, She consistently goes above and beyond in her care, whether she is working the PM shift or the night shift. Every time I see her, she does her job so well—making sure residents are clean, have fresh water, and approaching every task with a warm, welcoming smile. I especially appreciate how she encourages me to step out of my room and walk around the building so I don’t get bored. I also had a wonderful moment with her once during the night shift when she came in to check on me. I tried holding my breath and staying completely still to see if she was really paying attention. She stood there watching for about two full minutes, and when she noticed I wasn’t breathing, she gently tapped my feet and asked, “Are you okay?” I started laughing and told her I was just testing to see if she was really checking! That moment showed me just how vigilant, observant, and deeply caring she truly is. Management needs to know just how hard she works and how much excellence she brings to her shift every single day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Las Colinas Post Acute. Our family member is a permanent resident there, and the care he receives truly gives our family peace of mind. A very special thank you to the LVNs — Gabby, Maria, and Phillip, who go above and beyond every single day. Their compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism do not go unnoticed. They treat Fred with kindness, dignity, and genuine care, and that means everything to us. All of the staff seem happy, supportive of one another, and proud of the work they do. My mother in law was treated here and I was skeptical due to some reviews I had read. The staff was great nurses where all polite everything was clean and my mother in-law said all the staff treated her well. Any time I had Questions both Prima and Cynthia were always available for any concerns or after hour Questions. Victor always came in to check on my mother-in-law. Over all would recommend anyone needing any care for a loved one.

My friend is living here. They always take great care of him. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean. I would recommend this for loved ones.
